Beyond the poetry book (Critical reflection and submission form)

After completing my poetry, I managed to complete my critical reflection. This means it is now time to finalize the submission form and designing it.

My question is:

Should the critical reflection booklet design be derived from the poetry book?
Should it have my business for design layout and style?
Should it be a mixture?

Critical reflection in the style of the poetry book.  The typography was also painted as I did for my book.

This design combines elements taken from both the poetry book and the business.

Solution:

The poetry book is designed by 'Afnan'. It is the business that shapes the design with it's beliefs and styles. Therefore, I believe that the booked should be created with the same design elements of those relating to the business.

The title 'The Growing Tree' relates to the manifesto, which describes the business's beliefs through metaphorical statements relating to how a tree grows.

The beginning of each section will be marked with this spread.

This spread is experimental; I am trying to visually evaluate the readability and design layout with two columns of text. Two columns will require less papers, which takes into considerations the environmental aspect. One column, however, is more eye pleasing.
